Summary
New build commercial and residential block with Rainscreen system to main elevations and balconies and soffits. Works also included fire safety works in the form of fire barriers across the elevations and the vents within the rainscreen system. City centre location made deliveries and storage of materials difficult however through onsite and office management this was easily managed throughout the 7-month project
