New build commercial and hotel with Rockpanel wood and standard effect Rainscreen system to main elevations and feature window PODS. Works also included fire safety works in the form of fire barriers across the elevations and the vents within the rainscreen system.

Scope of works included the design, supply and installation of:

• Fully adhered Rockpanel wood effect panels to main elevation and soffits
• Fully adhered Rockpanel panels to recessed elevations
• Rockwool Duoslab insulation slab / board
• Aluminium helping hand brackets and rails
• TYVEK Firecurb VCL
• Fire Barriers vertically, horizontally and around openings in rainscreen
• Aluminium powder coated cappings and flashing
