New build student accommodation block with aluminium and brickslip Rainscreen systems to main elevations and soffits. Internal courtyard panels were a feature colour gold with projecting aluminium window PODS and horizontal feature trims

Works also included fire safety works in the form of fire barriers across the elevations within the rainscreen system.

Scope of works included the design, supply and installation of:

• Aluminium Powder coated panels in feature and standard colours
• Rockwool Duoslab insulation slab / board
• Aluminium helping hand brackets and rails
• TYVEK Firecurb VCL
• Fire Barriers vertically, horizontally and around openings in rainscreen
• Aluminium powder coated cappings and flashing
• Aluminium soffit panels to under croft areas
• Feature Brickslip cladding to low level and front elevation
• PPC aluminium feature projecting window PODS
