New build commercial and residential block with Rainscreen system to main elevations and balconies and soffits. Works also included fire safety works in the form of fire barriers across the elevations and the vents within the rainscreen system.

• Rockwool Duoslab insulation slab / board
• Aluminium helping hand brackets and rails
• TYVEK Firecurb VCL
• PFC Corofil Fire Barriers vertically, horizontally and around openings in rainscreen
• Aluminium powder coated cappings and flashing
• Aluminium soffit panels to balconies
